    FRANCE FSET

This is just a very small part of France I have recently completed using FSET in default 1M/PIX resolution and the satellite images courtesy of Bing.

Thanks for all the compliments although they should go to Bing for their wonderful satellite images, after all I just press the "start button" in FSET. I have attached a picture showing the area which I did in default +1 and I do use compression to save HD space, so this area is only 8.67 GB.

    Cheers Mike.

I used the FSET mask but I didn't take the water effects all the way to the shoreline as the poor terrain mesh places that going up hill. Its not perfect but OK. Cheers Mike.

So, there's a compatibility issue between the mesh (default?) and the photoscenery. An option here is to make a water body using Google Earth to produce a kml for the lake and then convert it into a bgl. Which reminds me tht I should finish the 2nd tutorial on reservoirs!

    Back to work...

    Cheers - Dai. Cool
