Multi Player FSX - Which Server?

Post by G-GMDH on Sun Sep 20, 2015 12:19 pm

    Hi all,

To cut a long story short I have tried and tested a lot of multi player servers. Some wont allow you to use the aircraft RT and insist on downloading and using Team Speak, which is similar to Skype in some ways. Others are very slow with their connection over the internet and you get odd things happening like the other day losing rudder control whilst landing!!!!

However there is some light at the end of the tunnel for FSX users as Jarno who owns and operates the "Skies of Europe" server which is the only one powered by solar energy and has an incredibly fast connection of 100 Mbs up and download speeds.

The server IP address for FSX is 82.217.222.143

Please remember that this server will NOT work with FSX Steam edition.

    Happy flying.

    Kindest Regards,

    M

That's a very good idea N lets get everyone organised for this weekend, Saturday or Sunday afternoons OK with me, 3.00 pm UK, 4.00 pm Central European, 5.00 pm with Stephen in Finland.

What about making our start near Dai up there in North Wales from EGCW?

    Cheers, M

Hi Mike - sounds good. My only problem is time - I can't guarantee making 3 pm on either day. Maybe later? But that's worse for Finland, I guess...

    Cheers - Dai. Cool
